We employ a unique, battle-tested approach to private equity. We focus exclusively on the sectors we have known well, but, unlike other private equity firms, we become deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of our companies. Our team includes experienced executives whose job is to drive efficiency and improve businesses. Our investment approach works because it carefully integrates every step of the private equity investment:

  1. Due diligence
  2. Acquisition
  3. Management
  4. Integration into NAOC's group of companies
  5. Improvements in financial performance
We control every step from M&A to operations, carefully integrating acquisitions into NAOC at a minimal cost to our shareholders. Our vertically integrated, hands-on approach to private equity and operations management allows us to maximize synergies and deliver optimal shareholder returns.

Focused on the Chinese Industry

NAOC enjoys a significant competitive experience because its executive management has successfully founded and operated multiple companies. NAOC's management has sold to the North American appliance market for decades, while managing manufacturing and supply chain operations in China and Taiwan. Extensive family and business ties in the Chinese industry give NAOC an edge in private equity over other US and European-based groups.

Focused on Fit, not Market Cap

We are market cap agnostic. NAOC acquires companies that complement existing assets and increase shareholder value. We look for companies we know we can improve and that have operational and cost synergies benefiting the rest of the NAOC group. Our due diligence discipline ensures that we only acquire companies whose operating margins can be improved through our management expertise.

Focused on Undiscovered Value

NAOC finds acquisition targets through its network of Chinese and American business contacts. Wall Street is unaware of many of these opportunities due to lack of real knowledge of the Chinese industry and understanding of the Chinese way of doing business.
